Lilliput UK Ltd (we, us, our) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We collect and process personal data only for the purposes described below and in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Data we collect and why

• Contact and quote forms — name, email, company, phone, and message, used solely to respond to your enquiry. Data is transmitted over SMTP to our internal mailbox and is not stored in any database. We rely on your explicit consent (the checkbox on each form) as our lawful basis.
• Website analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google LLC, a US-based processor). We operate Consent Mode v2 (Advanced): before you accept cookies, Google Analytics sends only cookieless, aggregate-level pings that contain no persistent identifiers and set no cookies. Full measurement (session stitching, cross-visit attribution) is only enabled after you click Accept on our cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymised (anonymize_ip is enabled) and ad-click identifiers are redacted when ad storage is denied (ads_data_redaction is enabled). Our lawful basis for analytics is your consent. Data is retained in Google Analytics for 2 months.

Processors and transfers

We use the following third-party processors:

• Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — analytics. Data may be transferred to the US under Google's EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) — bot/spam protection on web forms. No personal data is stored.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
